To the untrained eye this picture may just look like a bunch of scribbles. But to this mother it is a work of art. I'm very excited about this drawing because normally Callie just scribbles or draws "circles," but yesterday she drew her first ever person (it's grandma for those of you who can't tell!)! I'm seriously proud! She drew a few more after that & they were nice too!Today when she was drawing she got a little more detailed! She drew a butt & a penis on her person! I told her we shouldn't draw those parts & tried to help her understand why. It was pretty funny though! I didn't scan that one for you.

Callie is hilarious. Camille is really into "goobies" and asks me when her goobies will become mommy goobies like mine. Thankfully she hasn't asked about male anatomy yet.
I can't believe that. Emily is quite an artist but the most detailed she has gotten is eye lashes. I guess I can be happy about that.
